About Me

I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior at age 13. I am married to my best friend Ray and have two children, Glen, 18, and Lindsay, 21. I enjoy leading the contemporary worship service as part of the Praise Team each week and attending Sandy Thompson's awesome Bible study right after the service. Ray and I taught high school Sunday school for several years but we're taking a break - I miss it though!

As I mentioned, I accepted Christ at age 13. But several experiences have validated my decision over the years. The most memorable was being with my father as he passed and knowing without a shadow of a doubt that because he was saved, he is with his Lord. Also, the Lord worked through my father during his illness to bring others to Him. I am unsure about many things in life but of one thing I am positive - when we accept Jesus Christ we do not die.

Where to begin? Hmm. When I dress up as the Church Lady it's kind of embarassing but I'll do it for God!
